SHIPPING & PROCESSING Shipping and processing will take about 5 -7 business days. Processing a custom wig will take about 2 days. If you are supplying the wig, processing after I receive the wig will take about 2 days. Pre-styled wigs are ready to ship or pickup/delivery same day.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY If you opened any packaging, worn the hair with any kind of glue or adhesive, cut lace, dyed hair, or damaged the product we can NOT accept refunds/returns/exchanges! If you received the wrong order, please leave all the packaging as it was delivered and contact me immediately.
