When purchasing press on nails online, it is very important I know your nail sizes! There is an intake form on the website and Instagram that you can submit your sizes to. If you don't know your premade sizes, it is recommended to purchase a size kit if this is your first time purchasing on my site so I can make you the correct size nails. Please be sure to measure your nails correctly I will not refund for nails that don't fit.

Shipping will take about 5 - 8 business days (this does not include Sundays, this is also for both size kits and sets). Shipping and handling will cost $6.90. If I am at a high order volume shipping and processing may take a little longer, if so, I will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. If your cart total is over $100 you are entitled to free shipping. My shipping and processing days are 2-5 business days MAX. If I miss the deadline for your order, you will receive 15% off your next order. PLEASE make sure you enter the complete and correct shipping address when checking out. I cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your packages because you put the incorrect address. If your order is returned to me, you will be charged for a new shipping label to reship your item. I offer the shipping label purchases on my site.

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERUPTIONS/ UNCONTROLLED EVENTS 

Ailani Kiara Beauty/Collection is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items. Many things can factor how long your order takes to get to you such as weather, natural disasters, etc. If you received your order damaged or didn't receive it at all, please contact the shipment carrier, USPS, to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials, the receipt, and all damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Contact USPS customer service.
• File a missing mail search request.
• Consider filing an insurance claim.
• Keep your receipts, order confirmation number, shipping confirmation email, and tracking information handy.

 As of this time, Ailani Kiara Beauty/Collection does not offer international shipping. I ship to all 50 states in the USA.

If you file a dispute with your bank regarding a chargeback, you will no longer be able to shop with AilaniKiara Beauty. If you have not received any product, you are subject to a refund, just contact me! Once a size kit and set is shipped and successfully delivered, you are not able to receive a refund.

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email/ text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you Private Label Rights upon purchase of the Done For You Digital Guide, which grants you the rights to modify, claim authorship of, and resell this product for 100% of the profits. Additional rights include: the right to add this product to a membership site or bundle within a package; the right to create audio or video products using this product; the right give away the product to subscribers or customers; the right to change sales page and/or graphics; the right to break up the product into separate sections; the right to add or remove content to the product; the right to put your name on it; the right to edit or create your own covers for the product; the right to give away, sell, or transfer the Private Label Rights to any third party.
