ARE REFUNDS/RETURNS ACCEPTED? Returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a mistake made by Ailani Kiara Vanity.

WHEN WILL I GET MY WIG AFTER PURCHASING?  1-3 business days for payment processing. Once confirmed, supplier manufacturing begins & takes 2-3 business days to complete. Please note that there is absolutely NO refunds once manufacturing begins. Within 7-10 business days (not including processing times)

Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. No changes can be made to any "Create Your Own Wig" orders after the coloring process is completed.

WHAT IF MY WIG DOESN’T FIT Ailani Kiara Vanity / @ailanikiaravanity is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.
