Processing, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and processing for "Pre Order" and "Build a Wig" units will take 7-10 business days after placing your order. Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT count as business days.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping will cost you $10.90 for ground advantage. All deliveries will require a signature from the purchaser.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION/ ORDER TRACKING You will receive a shipment confirmation email/ text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you don't receive tracking please email ailanikiaracustomerservice@gmail.com.

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERUPTIONS/ UNCONTROLLED EVENTS We are not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen items during transit. Many things can factor how long your order takes to get to you such as weather, natural disasters, etc. If you received your order damaged or didn't receive it at all, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials, the receipt, and all damaged goods before filing a claim.
